When Kunes Hope Chevy opened on May 15th of last year, Bradley DiPalma was there from the start, and he's been a familiar face at the dealership ever since.
Ask Bradley what keeps him coming back, and the answer is simple: the people. He genuinely enjoys the coworkers he gets to work alongside every day, and he's equally quick to praise the customers who walk through the door. "Customers are super cool and laid-back," he says.
Bradley's approach to the job reflects the culture Kunes Hope Chevy has built since opening: work hard, but don't forget to have fun along the way. "We come here to do a job, but at the same time, we like to have fun at the dealership while we're working," he explains.
Much of that comes from experience. Bradley points to the training he's received from several managers over the years, training that's helped him grow into someone the team can count on for just about anything.
